I purchased a whirlpool washing on saturday 2/11/2019, invoice no[protected] expo sale, mylapore
It was delivered on sunday 3/11/19 through a old person in tri cycle. We haven't informed any detail about delivery charges, no writtien information from the showroom also. Old person was not able to carry the excahnge ifb washing machine. Me and servant maid and the old man after a big struggle we managed to lift it. When i informed about this to the showroom manager mr. Ganesh he was so harsh and told "we are delivering like this only we cannot specially sent 2 person for you, who asked to help the delivery person he will manage to carry it". Immediately i informed your main office but no reaction and we were forced to pay whatever the delivery person asked us to pay.
And now till date 8/11/19 it is not yet installed. Daily i am calling the mylapore branch office but nothing is happening. Today morning i called the main office 42444444 and registered on my own. Immedately after 10 min i am receivng a call from whirlpool stating that by 10am only it was registered. Felt very bad, when we have to do everthing on our own why we a need showroom like this, we might directly purchased from online. If they informed us in the initial stage that you have to do one your own we don't might doing it rather than waiting for long time and wasting our time in calling your people. Very bad service, very harsh service, no proper communication.
