We buyed Hitachi 1 Ton AC from west tambaram branch on[protected], last 1 week cooling was not good and we have informed to the service number in hitachi. Yesterday technician came and general service done still cooling was not good. That technician checked outdoor unit and informed that the unit having gas leakage problem and it has to rectified. Since i have buyed the product march month only how it is possible to get damaged. Have asked the hitachi customer care they are simply saying you have to check and confirm within 1 month from the date of purchase like that so on so.
If indoor unit got problem or whatever i can say that unit inside the room only, but outdoor unit is in back side of the sunshade, how it is possible to check from customer side. This is the way the Hitachi responding to the customer. Respected sir we are requesting you to kindly rectify the problem or replace the outdoor unit asap. Please inform them to understand the customer situation.
