We purchased new 2T AC on 3rd June and it was delivered on 5th June. We had opted for exchange offer and in morning today, old AC was taken and Hitachi person came in morning for installation. When he open the box, he noticed the AC was damaged and said he will inform Vasanth & CO for replacement. When we called Vasanth & CO helpline, the person spoke vert rude and said will call back at 2:00 PM. There was no call till 5:00 PM and we had to call back. It was very bad experience (Extremely rude) call and said she will check and comeback in 4 or 5 days. Now being customer, paid for new AC, we do not have new AC or the old and with no accountability by Vasanth & CO (Very bad experience so far and this is first time we are buying from Vasanth & CO. We usually buy from Rathna Fan house and truly appreciate their customer centricity and now we are reaaly feeling bad buying from Vasanth & CO- I just hope this complaint process is not like the call we made.
