We paid full cash for this (42, 000) during purchase on[protected] / receipt no : [protected] & it was delivered only after 7 days. Even are delivery, we are still facing with it. Below are the complaints.
1. Attached installation image of outdoor unit. They charged additional rs.1, 250 for this cabling and installation. Even a local electrician will do wiring more better than this. They left the cable exposed, even didn't insulate it properly. Imagine the situation if it rains & any short circuits then...??
Again the bill receipt shows as a/c free standard installation. Then why they charged additionally for it..?
2. Still after the a/c doesn't works properly. Attached number of complaints we made and each person who attended the complaints at home given different different contact number to contact and the last person said relay unit was complaint and during the last followup the rejected our complaint indicating as "duplicate complaint". Still the a/c didn't work it's almost more than 20 days now.
3. Place replace the a/c with new one as we are not comfort to replace the unit part by part with new one because we purchased it considering it as brand new. Else please make sure it's working properly & covers warranty.
