We recently bought Godrej refrigerator from Vasanth & Co on 11 May 23. At the time of installation, one leg of the refrigerator was broken and wasn’t informed to us by the agent who had visited our home for installing the fridge. We found that later the same day and called the store where we purchased the product. As per them, they will replace with the new product very next day but till today this wasn’t happened. We are been constantly following up with the stop and not receiving any good response from them. This is not the way to treat the customer. We are so disappointed in the way Vasanth and co handling customer. We paid in full for the product and we received defected one? This is completely unacceptable. We need this to be replaced as soon as possible. Hope this will reach to the right person and the action will be taken from your end at the earliest.
We still believe Vasanth & Co, please don’t put our trust down.
