I booked Carrier 1.5 ton Split AC at Vasanth & Co - Padi on 05/07/2017 - 11:30 AM. They said product will be delivered on the same day and it did not happen. On 05/08/2017, I went to the store thrice to request them to deliver the product, sales rep said that product will be delivered in 20 - 30 minutes. After one hour, again i went to the store and the response they gave is - They had only one piece and it is damaged and will be able to deliver and it will take one more day and installation will happen on the next business day. Climate is very hot and my family is suffering from severe humidity in night and literally everyone are dehydrated. If they could have delivered the AC on time, this could not have been happened. Sales rep are very irresponsible and their are not professional. They treat customers very rudely. I did not expect such a worst service from a reputed store. I will never recommend vasanth & co to any of my friends and relatives. This will be my last purchase in vasanth & Co.
