Dear Sir/ Madam,
In recent days I have been battling with Vasanth and Co Usman Road Branch after the purchase of an Air Conditioner.
I had visited the store before New Years to buy an air conditioner and I was suggested with this brand "Eureka Forbes" which had a waiting period so I reached back post New Years on 20.01.2022 while again they said 2 to 3 days but I was okay and paid the amount as well. There was a delay from the given time and I did not say anything. When I received it, the condition of the box was horrible and I will share a picture of the same below. Later, the installation team came in with one person, I don't understand why therefore I had to stand as a helper with the technician. This installation process started around 11am and went uptil 3pm then finally they found the product was damaged which went up till 5:30pm. In this course of false promise over delivery date, time and the improper installation team I had to suffer from some losses as it took my time from work and I have also worked in place of your workers. After all I was still in touch and was ready to take a different brand with once again a waiting period of 1 week. The least I requested was to remove the non-working device from home which was terribly packed with loads of crow ### covered which the Vasanth and Co members expect me to keep inside the house. Again there was a false promise and no one came to pick it up in the given time which left me with no other option of applying for a refund. I had given a written letter on Saturday (29.01.2022) where I was again promised to get a refund within 3 to 4 days and this is the 4th day and no update. I had to call again and ask and now they say we are still waiting, and other reasons. I don't know if all the Vasanth & Co branches and staff treat their CUSTOMERs like this or if it's just this branch on Usman Road. Your moto says "Trust' and "Quality" where I received both of these at its worst. I would urge you to take necessary actions over this issue regarding the CUSTOMER service and quality of products delivered and also process the refund immediately as because of your staff's promises we also removed the old air conditioner and currently for the past 2 weeks there has been none at the room. Finally the sufferer is the CUSTOMER in all ways while your company is not even doing the bare minimum. Truly sad and disappointed.
I had also sent a mail to Vasanth and Co CUSTOMER support yesterday and still no proper updates on the refund and I am the who is following up everyday and no proper support from their end.
Is this how the whole of this company functions or is it just this branch and these set of people I got stuck with? Was this information helpful? |
