Hi I am Azeezudeen from cuddalore.i enquiry one godrej air conditioner (GIC 18TTC5-WVA) in vasanth and co Cuddalore and sales person is saravanan.i spoke with Saravanan through phone call on 28th may 2022.he told me details of the product and charges of 38200₹ for ac charges, 300₹ for delivery charges and free installation he told.i my house installation of indoor and outdoor inbetween two walls are there.if the technician team will install means put two holes for installation, but the sales person Saravanan told me pay for 300₹ for put the hole in the wall and I told him i have a outdoor unit stand he told 300₹ for that installation.i want one clarification installation means end to end complition of installing the unit.but he told for installation i put only one holes remaining holes he told me to pay for that.please give me proper response to this complaint thank you Was this information helpful?
