I bought a bajaj caldia from vasanth and co on 20.08.2017. The sales attended for water geyser was bhuvaneshwari and other person in billing section. On the day of buying they told today is sunday we will book a call for installation from bajaj on monday morning 21.08.2017 as today is sunday. So waited, i didnt even get any otp and installation number to my mobile number. They didnt to respond the phone calls and sales attended also cut the phone call twice. She still argues that i have spoken to the executive and will intimate u. I havent heard any response from them.
Main thing the product hasnt been verified still. They were eager to encash the product. No response from vasanth and co regarding installation helping the customer. Such bad experience from vasanth and co.

Hi my mother recently bought Ac from Karaikudi after 7 days its suddenly stop. We have check with vasanth &co they said small hole is available in Ac that's reason Ac was not work I couldn't understand that do u selling second hand product surly I will make the complain on consumer court

We purchased onida TV in your Salem kitta Mariamman branch two years back, now TV is not working, we gave many compliments in last 50 days before but still now we are not receive proper response from your side, please consider my mail and clear the problem
