Purchase history:
I visited your branch and purchased 2 white goods on 5th jan 2020 1) bosch 345 ltrs and 2) lg 8kg washing machine and some accessories from north usman rd branch, chennai, for a total worth of around rs.60, 000/-.
Damage details:
Both these goods were delivered on 9/1/2020 and when the technician visited my place for bosch fridge demo & installation and unpacked the refrigerator, we could find the fridge was not in a good condition and had two major observations - 1) the freezer door was out of alignment, shaky & creating noise when tried to open or close 2) there was 'foot' long scratch & paint worn off from the main door.
Follow-up details:
Technician took pictures & has sent email regarding the condition on open. I've been chasing and talking to multiple people in vasanth & co, t. Nagar branch, technician team who can for installation, bosch team (Mr. Tamil selvan), who after having couple of calls, wanted time till tomorrow to confirm replacement of this item.
Action sought from your end:
The product promoter at vasanth & co branch explained well about the product and convinced us with the good features available in this bosch refrigerator. But the product delivered doesn't seem to be a brand new but had a 'foot long' scratch & the freezer door had complaint, even before the item was delivered to us.
Am seeking a new 'replacement' for this defective product for which i think am legally entitled to.
Request you to kindly look into this case and arrange for replacement product as early as possible
My current challenges & utmost inconveniences am facing:
When the new refrigerator was delivered, my old one was taken back for exchange and currently am left with no working refrigerator in my house and facing huge challenges & inconveniences to store food, milk and other items for my family, kids etc.
Request your speedy action and provide replacement fridge
