[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — delay

I ordered whirlpool washing machine thru their sales campaign at chennai trade centre nandambakkam and paid advance for the same on 2nd october 2017. They promised me to deliver the same on wednesday or thursday that is 4th or 5th october 2017. Till now the delivery is pending. When i called customer care, the customer relationship executives are asking too many details, i provided all the details later on they informed it will take further time to delivery.

Vasanth & Co Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Few products we were unable to deliver due to the delay in getting stock from concerned brands. However we have completed 98% of delivery still yesterday. 2% of delivery is pending due to various reasons like finance approvals. Kindly let us know your bill no of purchase, so that we can check the same and let you know the status.
