I had purchased a ifb washing machine and an purit ro uv water purifier from vasanth co exhibition held at chennai trade centre on 28th october 2018. I was promised delivery and installation within 3 days. It has been a week and the ifb washing machine has not been delivered as yet. The ro water purifier is delivered but no technician came for installation. Numerous phone calls were made to head office who have always promised to look into the matter but no response so far Totally disappointed with the service of vasanth &co Was this information helpful?
