Vasanth & Co — Delivered duplicate item

I bought new samsung refrigerator from vasanth and co from karaikkudi branch before 2 years.
But now i received cooling complaint and so we call customer, then they send technician, he said all the parts are changed and that is not original
I just want to know these all these vasanth and items are duplicate?
