We ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator, Fridge DD, and AC 1.5 T from the Vasanth & Co. stall @ Chennai Trade Centre Lifestyle exhibition. The salesperson assured that product will be delivered in a weeks time from Vasanth & Co. Porur store, but its more than 10 days and the initial amount is paid and rest in COD, but still the products is not delivered,
No proper response on the status and delivery of product this is highly disappointing

After sales, service is very poor and there is no response for my phone call Sales person -Vijay ([protected]) & amar ([protected]) i am planning to go to consumer court for the above issue.
