Vasanth & Co — Delivery not ontime

On 22nd october i went to nadambakkam (vasanth & co/trade fare) and brought refrigerator/washing machine/stabilizer which cost nearly 30, 000/-. when i swiped the credit card i clearly checked with the billing person it's free of delivery or any cost involved; he told it's free delivery. yesterday i got a call from delivery team and demanding for rs.700/- for delivery charge after negotiation i’m agreed to pay 50%- but till now the product is not delivered to me. even i informed to same to customer care about the issue they told the concern person will give a call back but till now i have not received any call from any person. every day when i call the number they told it will be delivered today till now my product is not reached. now i’m totally disappointed whether i will receive the booked product or not? never expect such big retail company handling the customers like this. not sure this feedback will be taken into consideration or not!!

Updated by Promoth They have literally cheated me i paid for refrigerator with onion tray model but they have delivered the normal one and the colour also different. No proper response from any one. My humble request to all dont buy any product from the No.1 Delear
