They provide wrong delivery schedule and delay for more that 8 days.
When inquired personally at the showroom, they behave in a humiliative way and issue false promise.
Actually they forced me to buy the samsung or godrej fridge and not to chose the lg.
Worst thing is their people in the delivery department. Horrible experience inspite of following it with them daily at their showroom.
Hope less company and they do not have a small idea of customer service. If we are unhappy they are least bothered and to the surprise they will offer a rough look at us Was this information helpful? |
From 2nd Jan onwards we continually chasing for replacement, since no responce was their we visited the showroom on 6th Jan and reported to manager then after long arguments agreed to deliver the replacement before 8th Jan 2020.
8th Jan onwards keep chasing for the replacement delivery but getting a schedule like before 1pm then 6pm then before end of the day then again next day & still continuing... Every call different reasons and latest is they don't have a vehicle to deliver and all 13 vehicles gone for FC (at one shot) Then i offered i will send a van at my own cost but not agreed.
Without any solution its continuing...
Vasanth & Co - Doesn't care about CUSTOMER service & doesn't deliver the QUALITY which is their key words on marketing...
