Dear sir, i was purchased faber chimney from your authorized dealer on 29/.01/2016. Model:feel plus bktcltw60, ltwchn16293497, serial number: g[protected]. At that time purchasing your dealer as well as sales executives don't know how to explain the about your product and they just telling few things which is not important and at same time they don't know to say which is important. The sales executives on the day of selling your product they told this faber chimney having life time warranty as a customer i was believed your words. After i was purchase the chimney its works only 2 years. Within a warranty period it creating many problems that is the chimney not sucking the smokes properly lights not working some time its working so that i make complaint through customer service and thy registered my complaint number is[protected]. As per my complaint your technician people they checked it and they told choke is not working that is reason for light not functioning. So kindly i request you to replace the choke which is not comes not under 1 year warranty and its comes under lifetime warranty. So please take immediate steps to rectify my complaint otherwise i will approach proper forum my mental agony.
