Hi,
Im Satheesh SM and i live in Valasarawalkam . I bought a new Haier 42 inch LED TV LE42U65001A from your Karambakkam branch on 3rd January with full cash payment . The product was delivered the same day .
When the engineer from Haier visited my house yesterday and installed the TV, the TV did not switch on . The engineer checked the TV and said that the TV is faulty and it needs a motherboard replacement.
This has disappointed me and my family as we bought this as our new year product with full cash payment.
I tried to contact your store and asked for replacement but they are not responding to my greivance. No one answers my call whenever i call.
Can you please intervene quickly and please replace the TV with a good one.
