I am Venkatesh working as a branch manager in Union Bank of India, I have bought a LED Tv on 13th Feb, where the Cuddalore branch Manager Mr.Lurdhan had said that for ICICI Bank credit card there is a special offer of Rs.3000 cash back is eligible after 3 Emi. Some what there is issue with POS machine it was not accepted. I had purchased my TV for this offer only. I have paid through SBI card after he said we would update once the ICICI issue gets resolved. You can swipe ICICI card later and we would reimburse the already paid amount as cash. Starting from enquiry he has not shown any interest and spoke very lethargic with customer.. During bargaining at one point of time he has said if you want buy or else buy from online. A branch manager should be in convincing manner and an example to staffs, where all other staffs were very co operative except this person. Vasanth & Co is an established entity, definitely it will spoil its reputation because of this kind of arrogant person's attitude. I here by request to Mr.Vijay Vasanth and Mrs.Thangamalar to investigate about this person's attitude among customers, Today when I called to showroom he has said it will take another one week to know the status, then why you people advertising about the card offers. Kindly do the needful to get my cash back it is my hard earned money. Every penny is precious in this pandemic.
