I purchased a Sony TV model No. KDL- 32W6100 / 2020 on 31.01.2021 from M/s.Vasanth & Co Branch at Redhills, Chennai 600 052. The service person from Sony installed the TV. Later I had Noticed a Metal piece between the Display and panel. So I made a Complaint to Sony Customer Care on 19.03.2021. My Complaint was registered as 65306702 and confirming my complaint, a SMS was sent to me.
The pursuant to my complaint service person from Clarity Services, Anna Nagar, Chennai came to my home and inspected the TV and informed me that there was some manufacture mistake and promised that they would come again and either rectify it or replace the set after reporting to their higher officials.
I had waited for their visit, but no person from Sony service team had not even contacted me and my issue was also not resolved. Then again contacted Sony Customer Care on 25.03.2021. It was informed me that the service person had closed my complaint mentioning that the T.V was working fine, and i had explained to them that TV was in same condition, still there was a metal piece identified between the display and screen and due that there was a gap, I don't know how the service person had closed my complaint and the Customer Care officer taken note of it and assured that they will arrange callback from sony service team and also registered a Job Register No. J10556523. But they had not taken any steps. Hence I send this Email to you.
