We booked and purchased one a. C (Model - carrier split 12k duractiv 3s) through your
Branch at 11/4 padmanabha nagar - adyar - chennai-20. We got the delivery on 21.8.2017 bill no

At the time of booking the ac we clearly told your sales representatives that we are living in the apartment complex and
Our flat is on the first floor, and the entire installation responsibility is yours. They said ok we do free of cost, and in such
Condition only we purchased the ac.
Now almost two days are over the ac is not installed and the service technicians are asking for service charge for installation.
They also telling we cannot bring ladder and it is also buyers responsibility to arrange the ladder. We repeatedly contacting your branch
Executives regarding this but we are not getting any proper responses.
For the last 2 days almost we have made more than 10 calls but it is vain.
Your sales executives are telling one thing at the time of sales and completely changing their wards once we got the delivery.
If your sales rep. Are not keen on taking responsibility after sales means we couldn't have booked ac in your shop..
So far we are co coordinating with mr. Arivazahan cell no [protected].
If the ac is not installed by tomorrow (Thursday - 24.8 17) we will return the ac and return back our amount r/s 29, 000/-
