Hi, I am prasath . I have purchased a vidiem mixie in your Kumbakonam branch. Blade in the small jar got broken and I've given for service on January 2020. Even after so many calls and direct visit to the showroom i have not got my jar till now. It's almost 10 months. Nowadays they are not even picking my call. Kindly do the needful.
