We purchased a new air conditioner of samsung on 19.04.2021. From day one it is not functioning properly. We already asked for some service and complained about it. A mechanic from samsung also checked for it twice but unfortunately it is again functioning improperly. It shows C154 and C422. Also for the past two days we are experiencing a very very bad smell from the air conditioner. It is very unbearable. We are highly disappointed with all these issues. I've attached some pictures regarding these and take some necessary steps as soon as possible.
