I have bought Havells Water Purifier Digiplus in Vasanth & Co Shop Sholinganllur Branch [Bill No: [protected]] on 16th Jan'23.
While buying a product sales person said that the area which we resides would have 1000 TDS water so this purifier would be the right option for us.Then we have billed the product.
During the installation we have asked the technician to check the TDS level then we get to know that our area water TDS is 250, due to which after RO process we are getting a water only with 32TDS.
##Due to low TDS level there is flat taste since all the minerals has been completely devoid. We were not even able to drink such a tasteless water. We have completely disappointed with this product##
I have reached out the customer service person to fix this issue they have asked us to check with vasanth & co person. We are keep on following up with them till now the problem is not fixed.
Here as a customer we didnt do any mistake, sales person gave wrong information about the TDS level due to which we have been suffering.
I would need a refund or replacement on the product which would suitable for 250TDS water. We are in need of the purifier which will provide 100 TDS water after purification.
