Hi Team,
I (Customer Name: N. Selvam & Bill Number: [protected]) paid full cash on 10th Jan'22 and booked a Whirlpool Washing machine.
Initial delivery came on 15th Jan'22 which had too many dents. hence, we requested replacement, Showroom manager & Sales man (Dhakshana Murthy) said the replacement will be delivered in a week. Till now we have not got the new product.
When we called the showroom manager, he is not giving respect and not ready to talk to us. Why do we need to pay in full cash and wait more than two weeks with insult from the showroom manager.
We need proper compensation for this insult and more than two weeks wait.
