I bought mixie in vasanth & co (Kolathur branch) on august 2019 and it's been not working properly from day 2 of buying itself... We have been reportedly complaining about this to vasanth & co for several times and after 10 times complaining about it they serviced it and gave it back. Then also it's not working properly. Waste of spending 3k inr and buying it and didnt even work for 2 days. Waste of buying. Please replace it with a new one. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

When ever calling to the executives numbers provided in the online is totally waste, no proper response. Asking for a quotation for two days but still i haven't received the quote, they are not even ready to answer my calls..this makes customer more dissatisfied and this will lead the vasanth & co's name and the trust will go down..
