I have Purchased IFB Washine Machine Top Load ( Model No. TL-RDW 6.5Kg AQUA ) and Serial no:[protected] On 24.08.2019 in Vasanth and Co., Karur.The Given Phone number had Changed and i am not using it . One week before i moved to my native Sankarankovil, i missed my Purchased Bill for Washine Machine. While calling IFB service and Customer Care service they are asking for Purchased Bill, but i am having my Warranty Card photo still they are asking for Purchased Bill. I have purchased a Hitachi AC which is not working so I asked for a replacement of new brand they are asking me The Purchase bill which I have missed what should I do or can I get an duplicate bill to get resolved this issue
Can I use that bill to get the replacement, And I need duplicate bill can u send me the duplicate bill.
