I have purchased Preethi Grinder Lavender (Model[protected] Bill no:[protected].Customer name:Kanimozhi.
It's getting overheated & sounds so bad.Batter also smelling badly.when we contact the respective branch they arranged for service at home.But when we have an issue in product within 4 days then they should replace without any delay.
This is happening to me second time, previously with Panasonic split AC still we are having sensor issues as they didn't exchange i sticked with defective product.
When I tried calling the customer complaint helpline number they didn't have any patients to listen to what issue i faced with customer service.she just repeatedly asked for product details & its issue.They will arrange service at home no exchange.
Worst customer service! when i contacted vasanth & co branch customer service lady talked so rude.As i tried to reach them many times once they pick my call she is laughing.I paided money to get humiliated. Was this information helpful? |

preethi customer service is pointing dealer, dealer is pointing preethi, From past 15 days.No one ready to replace the product.
