I have bought bajaj air-cooler on may 12, 2019 in tambaram branch.

1. I was told that the product will be delivered on the same day. But when i called them at 8 pm i was told that it will be delivered next day.

2. And i was not told that people above 60 or people with breathing problem should not be using air cooler. Now i wanted to replace this air cooler with tower fan. But i get a response from staffs that it cannot be replaced. Need urgent solution as this is affecting health.
