[Resolved]  Vasanth & Co — Not delivered washing machine stand

Today I purchased BOSCH washing machine with stand and cover.
I received my order without stand. I asked the same but they simply told that stand stock not available so they will arrange the same within four days. it is not fair and I am totally disappointing with your service.
My question is why not informed at the time of billing the order.

I requesting that I need the stand at the time of installation or take back and return my amount.
