[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — old and damaged pureit delivered without user manual and warranty card

I brought a pureit on 16/12/2018 but after billing they said the stock is not available and new stock will be delivered by tomorrow, but they delivered on 18/12/2018. The sales person should inform me before billing that stock is not available, to get more billing and incentive without checking the stock they go for billing. They delivered a old pureit which is already damaged, funnel is missing and does not have warranty and user manual. This shows that vasanth&co is keen in billing not giving importance to how the product is delivered. Worst experience i suggest other to not to buy overhere.

Its a good move from Vasanth&Co, they contacted us and they replaced with a new product. I appreciate the effort taken by the staff in providing us.

Damage in products is possible since all products before reaching us under goes lot of transportation, since it has to be moved from the production industry.
