I have purchased 4 AC in one bill, among that one ton Panasonic AC damaged by the time of delivery[protected], no response for replacement and unethical behaviour from the Store person. The store person is saying very arrogantly if you want immediate, we will replace the cover if replacement it will take 7 days. I asked him did i paid the amount for a damaged piece where you say very cool that you can replace the specific place. It is AC we cannot take a risk in that and we need a good condition one. Today I am writing this on 9th day I have not received any update and the Store person who handles this name Vignesh is rude and he is saying without any response as I should wait because he dont know when he will receive email from Panasonic.
My question toward them is simple, I have billed the product with Vasanth and Co if any damage happens, they should get it for their customer to sort out the issue soon that too i have not installed the technician who opened the box has informed us. This summer how we can spend the days without AC, it is a big showroom and if they wait for replacement from Panasonic let them take it whereas they can replace one ton AC for us.
Handling customer service is very very very poor and they say one do one, they told installation is free only i need to buy the AC and fixing i should give 300rps but later they asked for Rs.930 for one installation whereas without asking extra copper etc, even water hose pipe to let out I have paid for.
Finally, without replacement and without getting proper response we felt very sick talking to these store people. We really need some help to find out best solution. Was this information helpful? |
