We've ordered a Haier TV and fridge from the expo held at the trade centre. It's been a week and still didn't get any proper response regarding the delivery of these appliances. The firm promised to deliver it by Friday and still didn't hear from them.
It seems like the company doesn't value their customers. Bajaj Finserv is also causing a lot of confusion in the process. Please try to deliver the appliances as soon as possible or else you would keep losing your credibility in near future. Or else try to return the advance payment to the customers.
