I'm writing on behalf of my grandmother (age 75) who recently bought 1 ton Hitachi inverter AC from Vasanth & Co West Tambaram branch-2. The product didn't work post installation due to malfunction. She raised a complaint but after a much struggle and physical visit they replaced the product with new one (same make and model). The 2nd one also went faulty within a hour of installation. The team checked and found it was a manufacturing defect. The 75 year old women who is now frustrated with Vasanth & Co called the showroom multiple times, but no one responded properly.
She visited the store and requested for the refund due to poor service and also sentumentally she didn't want another replacement after 2 times failure. But the showroom refused to refund and instead offering a replacement which we are not convinced. The showroom manager Nizar wasn't in a good position to console the completely disappointed aged customer whom he made to visit the store multiple times causing her mental and physical harassment. Instead he was trying to get rid of situation in an disobedient manner. His attitude was like get the replacement or do whatever you want to do. Please arrange for the enquiry on the showroom and kindly resolve this issue by providing a full refund at the earliest. I'm sharing the details below.
