Date of Incident : 09-April-2015 Client Number : [protected] I bought LG LED 32LN51 on 31-October-2013. I had a defect[protected]. A Person for LG came and told that defect in SMPS and later told that fault in PANEL and so change the Panel Board that cost around 45% of the product value.. We sought for warranty because the product was just 15 months. They told that is not possible and argued that you go and complaint whereever possible. We are waitiing for almost 4 month. Kindly do the possible.
