I have purchased a LG Microave Oven conv MC2886SFU (bill attached copy) on 04/09/2021 Bill no: [protected] from Vasanth & Co Ambattur branch promised to deliver in 2 days and its already 10 days and i have not received the product.Whenever i call the customer care they assure to deliver the next day and they won't deliver.Same happend for 10 days and i called the salesperson to get the status he said we will deliver tomorrow on Sunday or else we will refund.Same thing happened and the product is still not delivered. I called the salesperson and he said come after 12'o clock since we don't refund in the morning.I went in the evening and they are now saying the manager is not available and asking me to come next. I have already paid in debit card and to get refund i have to visit the store multiple times to initiate the refund. They want a written letter and only then they will initiate the refund process and they are not able to give the estimated time for refund. Still i haven't received the product or the amount i paid.
