Vasanth & Co — Product not performing well

I brought a llyod television from Vasanth and co branch at batlagundu before one and half year it stopped working before one month. I complaint to the branch as well as the customer service, but till now no response from them. For reference I too attach the bill copy. More than one month gone no technical team have arrived
