Vasanth & Co — Pure It water purifier is not working on the day from purchase

I have bought pure it water purifier from your tambaram outlet on 24/07/2020 on the day from purchase it's not working ...it comes without filtering service person visited more than 9 times issues not rectified and Vasanth And Co manager is not at all responding.. I have requested for replacement of the machine it's a manufacturing defect ...so please kindly do needful I hope u guys will respond me
