This is Ahamed, I have ordered for a double door LG refrigerator on 31/12/2020 and the sales person said it will be delivered on 05/01/2021 however I have not received the product yet.
Kindly provide the reason for delay. Moreover the bill they have provided contains delivery amount but the delivery person again requesting for delivery charges.
Why am I supposed to pay for delivery again and what's the reason for delay in delivering the product on time. If you're not able to deliver the product why the same has not been informed.
Really frustrated with the service.
