I am one of your customer i am writing this grievances with heavy hearted... I am your regular customer for past 10year you can check in with my mobile numbers [protected] in your data base how many products i have purchased with lg.
Recently i have purchased a lg led smart tv 49lj554t at t nagar vasanth & co on 9th mar 2018 with an amount of 57k around. Since i believe your brand name of vasanth & co and i have also recommended to my family friend to purchase products in vasnath & co.
Now my issue is lg smart tv which i purchased on mar 9th is not working. Last two days back i have identified that is on 6th april 18, some thine line in the right side of the television. I think it’s a broadcasting mistake from air tell dish. Then 2nd day the line automatically expanding to 4 to 6 lines. Now it’s half of the tv effected. Then i have raised a complaint in customer care 7th april around 17.35 pm with in 2 hour one of your service executive visited the my residence then he checked the television and he blamed us like you have broken the tv. It is not lg system faults. Please think we are mad to break our own television worth of 60k. And the service executive said us to visit vadapalani office regarding the complaint and he asked us to visit his manager mr venkatesh but no use.
At the time of purchase your sales executive committed like you have 1year warranty for display alone, now your service executive simply saying like you have to pay around 60k to replace the same.
It’s my hard earned money kindly help your prompt customer to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Within 29day lg product is not working.

Still i am believing brand name of lg. You will not cheat your consumer based on the service executive guidance i have visited lg corporate office which is located in vadapalani and we try to meet mr venkatesh but the officer left the office for the day. (Time visited 7th april 5.30pm evening). And i have met receptionist who is available in front office i have explained the grievances in detailed. She said i am not able to take your request / complaint now, she i can able to organized a call with manager, then again i have explained the issue in detailed to the manager mr venkatesh he said i will enquire with area service executive and will back to you tmro that is 10th april 18.. But he didn’t turned back. Then i called him around 1pm on 10th april 18. She said the same thing i will enquire about the issue with area service executive and call you back. No response received as of now.
They are asking to escalate to vasanth & co to raise the complaint on behalf of consumer. Expecting your valuable revert on this issue. Was this information helpful? |
