I brought a Samsung fridge on Oct 30th 2021 in vasanth and co Adyar branch in an exchange offer. We agreed that 2000 rs. Will be paid at the time of return pickup of the fridge and the representative has given me a writter. Confirmation if the same. Till now, the return pickup has not been done and I have been following up with the representative daily from Oct 31st till date. No response or action. Such a pathetic customer service.

Updated by Sricharan Vinjamuri The representative name was Abbas. When I call vasanth and co they say he is no more working there. When I ask them about this they say that they are not responsible for what the sales representatives say or offer. This is how vasanth and co has been running their business.
