Vasanth & Co — Rude behaviour and no service from customer support

Hi, I have ordered Pureit water purifier from Vasanth & co from tambaram branch, I got my product 1 jan, its been one week now, no demo/ installation is done so far, when contacted customer support, they are commanding us to wait! Also they are behaving in a rude behaviour! They are responding us in a high pitch voice and worst manner! This is totally unacceptable!, how can they treat a customer like this!
