Vasanth & Co — Samsung fridge not delivered

I have booked Samsung Fridge RT28K3722UT/HL on 03/04/[protected]@ Chennai Trade centre. with advance of Rs. 1000/. they promised to deliver the fridge in 5 days,

i am trying to reach them with given numbers, all numbers are engaged for long time. atlast one person replied & said it will be delivered, but not yet. they keep telling the same answer every time i call.
