• Attaching my Bill No. [protected] dtd[protected]scan) towards purchase of 40” Smart LED TV Model.40D5500.
• Also attached is the scan of Samsung customer Service Record Card dtd 06.09.17.
• Samsung have advised that due to non-availability of spare parts, they will not service the TV and that they will only pay Rs.9000 as per their depreciation policy and also take away the TV.
• As per Govt norms for any product, companies must keep Spare Parts for minimum of 10 years.
• You will appreciate, the decision from Samsung is not acceptable. For a TV price of Rs.60, 000/-, compensating only Rs.9000 is unthinkable.
• Why should I be penalized for the mistake of Samsung.
• You may immediately come back with mutually agreed solution. Else I will be forced to take the case legally.
