This mail is regarding complaint against Samsung washing machine which we have purchased from vasanth and co chennai on 30th of july 2022, . Now problem is that after we buy the machine, we loaded dresses, in pants there is sand stain, we have lodged a complaint, technician visited and informed me to not pour liquid softner(comforts) in the concern part, we have follow as per technician instruction. But again the same problem raised, Again 2nd time i have complaint again technician came and told us to clean the drum and we did the same. but the same problem not solved in many pants and shirts the sand stain there... again 3rd time complaint, technician visited and informed us to put detergent powder into 1spoon (Looks like silly answer whether 1spoon of powder will clean the all stain in dress) okay, we did as per he instructed... but none of the same rectified.. again technician and we have a call from customer care that they informing us from their will change the machine part (soft part) which inside the washing machine...
Whether my question i have purchased the machine within 5months but i faced the problem from the 1st month of machine i purchased.. why parts should change, then they have sold me damaged machine... for changing a part i would have buyed 2nd hand product itself... i have pay 21000 for this product... Did they think that customer are fool, we are like chain route for the same 4months from vasanth co customer to samsung customer care i have not find a proper solution... till now problem not solved more over all dress got damaged including school uniform...pls provide us a proper solution.. i need an replacement machine Was this information helpful? |
