We had booked a Washing Machine on 14th June 2021 via your sales Promoter Mr. rajsekar of Purasaiwalkam Branch. He had committed us for delivery on 15th June 2021 before 5 pm which was not fullfilled even after continous followups from our side and none from your branch or customercare side, Today after continous followup from morning they delivered the machine and took the old machine which was discussed at the time of booking when calling your customer care number your support person said they will come tommorrow for fixing and demo I am surprised why this kind of service is provided to us when we were very clear and never argued till yesterday. When speaking to rajsekar he was telling me that I am a promotor where customer care support person was saying call branch when i insisted for the emergency fixing as i have no support my mother is 75 and she has a lot of health issues if you guys cannot support a person who is request so much I feel as it was my fault of coming to your branch to buy this
I am really disappointed with the kind of response and service I have received from your staff's being such a reputed company Kindly do arrange for some one to come and fix it asap until then all of my and my family members clothes will be pending for washing as I have no other options Was this information helpful? |
