On 10.02.2018 we bought tata sky dth in vasanth and co, oppanakara street, coimbatore. We requested for one year free subscription plan with hd. The person on the counter informed me to pay rs 1700/- and rs 200/- during installation so the total rs 1900/- i paid as he said. On 11.02.2018 the technician came for installation and we paid the amount after installation with tips. On 12.02.2018 we received confirmation call from tata sky dth service centre and informed the plan was hd connection one month free subscription. We shocked and connected the showroom. At first the admitted as the person on the counter misguided in the plan payment and later next day the person name rajkumar was speaking very irresponsible and irrespectable coercing manner and blaming for the wrong plan activation. Also he asking pay rs1900/- again to activate the plan. We are shocked, depressed and very much disappointed due to the poor customer service. Due to their mistake we are incurring the loss. If this issue was not attended and rectified. I will stop purchasing anything from vasanth & co and also advice my family, friends, relatives, colleague and everyone not to buy anything from vasanth & co.
