Vasanth & Co — Tata sky recharge

Hi I have recharged my tata sky ID no - [protected] yesterday evening itself . I have called Vasanth & CO helpline for not getting recharged. Yesterday they lied that it got recharged & it ll get activated in 10mnts. Today Morning 1 lady from helpline said she ll look it into immediately. Till now nothing happened, and after calling her 2 times till morning m calling vasanth & Co helpline no response they are not even answering my call.
Stupid helpline y they should keep name as helpline instead they can keep as saavu line r deadline . Chennai (Helpline) - Deadline
