Dear vasanth co and whirlpool heads,
This month 07th july sunday night 7pm i booked whrilpool fridge in vasanth & co showroom thiruvallur district then received product same day night 9pm delivery boy advice me don't use this machine tommorow morning on i asked reason he told me gas overloaded new prodcut that reason only i accept the reason the on the machine monday morning 9.15am fisrt 10min working normal condtion then noice started look like mix grinder sound the i informed to show room person venkat - [protected] informed me sent the service perosn i switch off the machine tuesday 1pm service person naresh - [protected] check the machine faulty we replace the machine with in 2 or 3 days i also accepted. Then i called thursday they telling it will take one week time i very iritated becaue i have 2 kids one 5 months baby you kinow purpose fridge please with out fridge how to maintian milk and regular products then i sent the social media some on called me he promised within sunday or monday itself replacement done. Then i agreed yesterday whirlpool service care person rakshetha - [protected] and thirumurugan also informed today tuesday morning 12pm i received the fridge but i followup again no body responce properly please resolve my issue or please refund my momey i go to next product
