Hi I (Gopinath) purchased a Haier Refrigerator for Rs.36300 from your Porur branch through bill number [protected], during the discussion they said they will take back the old refrigerator for Rs. 800 but they failed to deduct the amount in the bill. When I informed them- they said they will take it back separately. I got my new fridge delivered on Sunday and today Tuesday - still they have not taken back the refrigerator. I have made atleast 20 calls still no response. I am really unsatisfied with your service. Hope you will take back the old fridge before I take it up in the social media.
